Distress or Medical Emergency
This Website is not intended for use in emergencies. If you are experiencing emotional distress or a mental health crisis, please contact the Calgary Distress Centre at 403-266-4357 or the Canada Suicide Prevention Service at 1-833-456-4566. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or are in immediate danger, call 911 immediately.
Use of the Website
The Service is provided for general informational purposes only. Accessing, viewing, or using this Website, or communicating through it, does not establish a psychologist-client (or clinician-patient) relationship between you and Larke Consulting Inc. o/a Psychoeducational Testing & Assessment Services. Use of this Website does not constitute the provision of psychological, diagnostic, assessment, or mental health services.
A professional relationship is established only after completion of a formal intake process and execution of a written informed consent agreement in accordance with applicable professional and legal requirements.

Psychological services are provided in accordance with the standards of practice, code of ethics, and regulatory requirements of the College of Alberta Psychologists. The Service is intended for individuals located in Alberta, Canada. Psychological services described on this Website are offered only to clients who are eligible to receive services from a psychologist registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists, unless otherwise permitted by law. We make no representations that the information on this Website is appropriate or available for use outside Alberta. Accessing the Service from other jurisdictions is done at your own initiative and risk.
